I am an amateur singer, songwriter and composer. In the past, I have run Tharangini HK, an arts organisation I founded in 2002 as a non-profit society registered in Hong Kong, and run until 2019. I teach whatever little music I know to children and adults here, as a passion of mine. Tharangini HK featured a unique Indian choir in Asia. We wrote, composed and performed our own numbers (primarily) in various Indian languages. And of course, we donated all money generated from our shows to charity. Like the choir performances, the children and adults learning with me continued to present pure Indian classical music annually until I was in HK, with all donations still being sent towards charitable causes.
