I’m Chef Po, a Chinese cuisine master with over 40 years of experience, running my restaurant 喜聚坊 "Joyful Peaace Restaurant" in Tai Kok Tsui. We specialize in rare, traditional dishes and classic Cantonese cuisine. Every dish is crafted with care to preserve authentic flavors.
My mentor, Kwong Ping Kwan, was a legendary chef who cooked for two Hong Kong governors, David Trench and Murray MacLehose, at the former Governor’s Mansion.
