As an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with training in functional and variable anatomy, Tracey specializes in yoga practices that meet your unique needs. She understands that every body is different—shaped by its own structure, history, and experiences. That’s why her classes offer multiple variations of postures, celebrating what works best for you. The shape of a pose isn’t what matters—it’s how it feels.

Tracey is also a certified Brain Longevity Specialist, trained in evidence-based practices to support brain health, memory, and cognitive function. She integrates breathwork, meditation, movement, and lifestyle strategies into her teaching to help you not only care for your body but also keep your mind sharp and resilient as you age.
