As the Chinese Spring Festival approaches, we would like to inform you that our team will be closed for the holiday from February 12th to February 26th.

During the Kowkis Toy Spring Festival holiday, you can still place orders as usual.
Orders shipped from China warehouse will be dispatched as soon as we resume normal operations on the 27th.
Orders shipped from Overseas Warehouses are not affected by the holiday and will continue to be shipped and delivered as normal.

If you encounter any order-related issues, please leave us a detailed description along with relevant photos through email.
For product after-sales issues, such as damage, missing parts, or other defects, you are welcome to use the After-Sales Service Request Form on our website to submit your request.
Once we return to work, all cases will be handled in chronological order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Notice for Hiya Godzilla 2000

Thank you for your strong support. This item sold out within three days of arrival. Orders will be shipped in priority according to the purchase order. However, due to limited stock, shipment for some orders will be delayed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We have immediately contacted the brand and completed a full additional order. The second batch has been confirmed and is expected to arrive by mid-year at the latest, with stock secured.

For customers who ordered from Kowkis but have not yet received shipment:
