Helena holds world records in freediving. She’s a multiple-time world champion, with national records and medals across every discipline she’s entered. But that isn’t what this story is about.

Before the accolades, she faced a darkness few would see. A depression that tested her every day and seemed impossible to get through.

In the next episode of Unthinkable, she talks openly about her mental health struggles and the low points she experienced, how free diving felt like coming home and the path that led to her record-breaking dives.

This is a story about survival, trust and finding a way forward when life feels like it’s closing in.

The full video premieres next Wednesday, February 11th, and is as intense and human as it is inspiring.

There are moments in Sandy’s story that stay with you long after the episode ends.

For some, it’s the initial attack from the whales. For others, it’s the ship that passed without stopping. Or the quiet details of how they survived day after day with almost nothing.

38 days adrift in the Pacific Ocean. No land. No rescue. Just the open sea.

Sandy Robertson and his family set out on what should have been an ordinary sailing trip. When their yacht was attacked by orcas everything changed. They were forced to survive in a life raft, facing the constant uncertainty of whether they would see another day.

Sandy tells the story in his own words. How they found food, stayed alive and kept each other going through the harshest conditions.
