💜 💬 “During my session today with Claire, we connected with my inner child to uncover the reason for my addiction to chips, in particular Doritos. I would eat entire bags without stopping. I had a feeling already that it was tied to needing comforted, but the hypnosis session revealed so much more about the reason and allowed me to finally let it go. It was tied to my Dad and not seeing him much as a child due to his issues with alcoholism. He would give us treats that we didn't usually get, so I associated the treats with comfort and seeing him. I also found that I use them as a reward for working hard. Claire walked me through an exercise of throwing out the Doritos bag and I felt a huge weight lift off of me.
