Adding more plant-based foods to my daily diet has been the cornerstone for my weight loss success. I had to figure out a way to feel better, stronger, and happier without exercising- and food has been my vehicle. I am an aspiring exerciser, but that's all I am (haha!). Seriously, though, I do hope to exercise again one day, but for now, I'm building my energy up with food.
