The 1st Time Homebuyer Show w/ Gizmo by House Rich

🐶I realized I never made a comment on here as to why I switched the show format (longer explanation on the podcast). Essentially I was burned out I like making content but I loathe the editing portion which takes hours. I was actually going to shutdown the show but had the idea to just record it while as walk the dog, this reduces the editing and me feeling the need to re-record segments over and over because I flubbed a word or it wasn’t perfect. It takes like 4-5 hours sometimes for a 15 min segment. Now it only take like 30-45 min total, so I can actually produce more content. Hope you still like it, if not I guess 🤷🏾‍♂️, lol

The intro is inspired by a football podcast I listen to (do you know it 😉). If you have show ideas let me know exception for the occasional Twitter scroll every few days I’m im off all other social media so I have no idea what’s “trending”, which I actually like.
