Cooking has been an integral part of my life, I have mastered all the possible delicacies and cuisines. A vegetarian by birth and kind by heart I took up baking as a challenge and at the age of 42 managed to achieve a diploma in baking and pastries from the university of City & Guilds (UK) with flying colours. Today I proudly own my venture by the name Chef Anjali and teach the same.
Baking is an art and the process of baking is like meditation. The more calm and relaxed the person is the most he/she can add to the taste. Chef Anjali herself believes that food can bring a very positive change in today’s world if prepared with the purity of mind and soul.
