By the time I get to the 10th rep at the end, the mere 13.8 pounds feels heavy. The only time an arm is resting is when the other arm is lifting. I have found that this basic format gives me the greatest burn for the longest period of time.

Yes, every vote cast for political office in the US should require ID and yes, every registered voter should be required to prove they are a US citizen. It's not complicated. If anyone is incapable of figuring out how to do something so simple, then they are incapable of voting informed. I don't care if they are male, female, man, woman, male who identifies as a woman, female that identifies as a man, white, black, brown, yellow or any other flavor of human.

Being able to prove you are who you say you are is a very low bar. The very idea that women or minorities can't figure this out is literal bigotry of low expectations.

Getting into a regional driver's license office is like trying to buy a GPU in 2020. No appointments are available. I managed to finally get an appointment, at an office two cities away. But I also am changing my address on my license because it still has my old address on there. Here's the issue. In order to change address you need to have what they call proof of residency. Which is typically a bank statement, utility bill or something like that. But in today's world, all that stuff is paperless and they don't take PDFs unless it's printed. No big deal, I have a printer. Yeah, a printer without ink. The earliest I can get ink delivered is wednesday, a day after my hard to get appointment at the license place. I can go to the store and buy ink and it's 4X the price of Amazon. I am not paying $65 for ink.

Luckily the local library which I have never been to has the ability to print. So, $1 later, I have a printed version of my paperless bill to prove I live where I live so that I can keep my hard to get appointment where I can update my address on my renewed license.

Bureaucracy, you gotta love it.

So the Clintons were subpoenaed to testify to the house oversight committee in regards to the Jeffrey Epstein stuff. They refused. The oversight committee then referred them to the DOJ for prosecution for ignoring the subpoena. The Clintons then agreed to appear. Now the Clintons are demanding it be televised for the nation to see. Okay, televised it will be.

Make it make sense. If the Clintons wanted the world to hear their answers, why did they need to be referred to the DOJ for prosecution to get them to show up?

IMO, all government proceedings except for those involving classified discussions should automatically be either live streamed or available to watch at a later date.
