What's the first thing that welcomes you as you enter Monaco?

Coming from Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, one of the very first buildings you see is Monte Carlo Sun, a remarkable residence with a brilliant location: one entrance on the Boulevard d'Italie and another exit below, leading straight to Larvotto Beach and the Monte-Carlo Beach Club. It's also home to the offices of many local Monaco companies.
