Bi. Hadija alianza safari yake ndani ya taasisi kama mwanachama, na kutokana na bidii, nidhamu, kujituma, pamoja na uwezo wake wa kitaaluma, aliweza kupata imani ya uongozi na kuteuliwa kuongoza kitengo hiki muhimu.

Kwa sasa Bi. Hadija ni mwanafunzi wa mwaka wa tatu katika Chuo cha Ardhi, akiendelea na masomo yake sambamba na majukumu ya kiuongozi.

Uteuzi huu unaakisi dhamira ya Madina Climatic Organization ya kuwawezesha wanachama wake kupata fursa za maendeleo ya kitaaluma, ujuzi wa vitendo na nafasi za uongozi ndani ya taasisi. Taasisi inaendelea kusimamia sera ya kuinua vipaji na kufungua milango ya ajira na uongozi kwa wanachama wake.

We are proud to introduce Hadjia Abasi as our new Volunteer Head of Communication for Dar es Salaam at Madina Climatic Organization.

Hadjia is a third-year student at Ardhi University, pursuing a degree in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing, a field that plays a vital role in climate analysis, environmental planning, and sustainable development.

With a strong academic foundation and growing practical experience, Hadjia brings valuable skills in data interpretation, environmental mapping, and digital communication. Her background in GIS and Remote Sensing strengthens our ability to communicate climate information clearly, support evidence-based advocacy, and raise public awareness on environmental and climate-related issues affecting communities in Tanzania.

In her new role, Hadjia will lead communication activities in Dar es Salaam, support outreach programmes, manage information sharing, and strengthen engagement with partners, youth, and the wider public. She will also contribute to developing innovative communication strategies that align with our mission of promoting climate resilience, environmental protection, and community empowerment.
