Magically transforming new and rescued fabric into quilts, gifts, home accessories, garments, etc. Beginners and the experienced, quilters and non quilters, all are welcome. Recently, magically transforming the norm of using both hands to sew to using only one hand due to an injury. This my happy place and I need to sew while I heal. So, there is definitely NO quilt police. NO sewing enforcers either. NO judgement. I currently teach sewing and quilting at the local Jr/Sr High School, where almost half of my class are boys! Hopefully inducting a new generation of quilters and sewists. We learn - we grow, in a safe, kind, relaxing and fun environment.

I will be going live Saturday and Sunday with Advent unboxing. I am keeping it at 8:00am. This is temporary and just for the advent season. It will only last about 5 - 7 minutes. Short, but sweet! As not to interfere much with regular lives. On Saturday, I'll be hopping on Sean's live right after@TheGuyWhoSewsand on Sunday, I don't want to miss Lisa and Deb @awkwardquilterGA@DebSthePugMamaQuilter, but wiil be taking a brief break from 8:00am to 8:05am for the unboxing reveal and then rejoin them. FLYWAY PMQ is finally a finished quilt top! A one-hand wonder thanks to precision cut pieces from @CottonCutsClub. Its ready for a final press and then load on the long arm. YAY 🎉
