2026 is what again?
A New season.
During the growth school session yesterday, two seasons that are essential in every life and industry are discovery and positioning.
Trying to consider positioning without correct discovery will not just waste your resources, but it will make you fizzle out too quickly.
This is why concepts like identity, purpose, origin, and potential are not cliches, but neccessities to start a life of meaning.
On Saturday, 24th of this month, I will be joining other young executives to share on the truth around purpose and how to engage it as a tool.
While many thing said about it is true, it can be unfulfilling when the understanding is weak.

In my reflection as I looked forward to this new age, I gleaned through the past year.
I am full of gratitude as it was another year that came with paying a great price for a large heart.
A year when I practically learnt that going all out for people does not mean same will be replicated.
A year when God and a good reputation were bail out system from a false claim.
Yet, I remember this kind of day with fulfilment for one major essence - the purpose of life.
Discovering this blessed and offered greater joy than the wishes and love shown.
Permit me to share 15 lessons out of many that I learnt in the past 365 days that blessed me among others.
Some I don't want to share because of how personal they are and I will have to explain in a longer post.
1. Loyalty is a golden treasure that births relevance, reward and recognition. Never be the one that losses it in any relationship.
2. Honour is a magnet for favour. If you want more favour, intensify in your honour.
3. In an environment where insincerity is the norm, remain faithful to your conviction.
4. Make preparation with excellence your minimum standard.
5. Build the right reputation always. In critical situations, it will speak.
6. Don't die on the cross for anyone. Jesus already did. Play your role at the capacity available.
7. The friends of all seasons (not just good seasons) are the real VIPs of your life.
8. There is at least one gift of lesson in each day. Look out for it.
9. Improve on the things that are most important to your purpose and assignment. They are the reason people will keep calling.
10. Discipline is more powerful than motivation. It will reward you more when motivation fails.
11. Don't give up what should be permanent for what is temporary.
12. Men of character and the right attitude will be trusted and recommended than talented and gifted men who lack them.
13. Global exposure is a liberation. It makes a difference to the mind.
14. Spend money on the things money can buy and spend time on the things money cannot buy.
15. When you know better, you do better. When you do better, you become better.
