Simple Dal kichdi for my toddler who has upset stomach 😞

#recipe 🍲
1. Soak Moong and Masoor dal 1/2 cup and rice 1 cup for 20 mins
2. Heat Ghee and splutter cumin in a pressure cooker or instant pot. Sauté 1 cup chopped onion and 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 2 pods garlic ,spice powders
3. Add the soaked dal and rice mixture and 3 times water for the mixture.
4. Sprinkle crushed Kasoori methi and pressure cook 3 whistles or 15 mins on instant pot.
5. Add coriander leaves and roasted peanuts
