One of the biggest lies they taught in law school is that the law is objective. It certainly is not and never can be.
Judges are politically appointed because of their bias and expected to exercise their bias consistent with their political beliefs and consistent with the desires of those higher level politicians who gave the "Judge" aka politician in a gown, the power and prestige to control others lives.
In nearly 20 years of practice, over thousand appearances and before 100's of Judges, I can say with confidence our system is broken, the law is not objective, and judges and politicians are the number one problem.
My goal is to teach the public the honest truth about the law so they don't get hurt anymore and help entrepreneurs succeed as their business coach, utilizing my knowledge, experience and skillet to help them prevent liabilities as opposed to most lawyers who profit from a clients' liabilities.
As an entrepreneur, stay away from the system, it does not like you and designed to hurt you, AND, most importantly, don't believe the legal myths out there that Judges are there to help you.
They help those who got them elected or who donate big bucks to their party, other than that, there job is to scare and intimidate you into settling your case so they can take an early lunch.
