I read that adding green and garlic to food can add many health benefits to a meal. For example, leafy greens give you fiber, iron, antioxidants, and vitamins…And, garlic gives you immunity, anti-inflammatory benefits, and heart support.So, I just tossed some on top of my chili.Not too shabby!😃#HealthyEating #FoodAsMedicine #EatForYourHealth
