The Shadow - An unique piece of the human psyche that plays a dynamic role in our waking lives much more than you would expect. Coined by Swiss Psychiatrist, Carl Jung, the shadow can be loosely described as an aspect of our unconscious mind that includes (but is not limited to) memories, ideas, feelings and concepts of unfavorable behaviors, viewpoints and identities that are repressed by the psyche to fit into society. When not properly integrated, the shadow can overwhelmingly be projected into/onto circumstances and situations in our waking life without realizing where it is rooted from. If you would like me to make video about the shadow, let me know by leaving a comment!

For anybody who is going through it, just know that with each step, and each passing moment you are getting closer, and closer to overcoming what has been challenging you. Like this picture suggests, not all fights are won in the first round. The only way out is through, and sometimes things just take time. When you come out on the other side, you have a new coat of armor that is stronger, more durable and much more resilient than it was before.

Hello my friends! Recently I have been dabbling in creating digital art and have enjoyed designing some motivational/inspirational/stoic and self development content. Just some stuff that has resonated with me.

For this post, the description really says it all. Sometimes it is good to stop for a second and admire what is good in life. More so, the simple things we may take for granted without realizing it. If we are continuously chasing what we do not have, how can we be grateful for what we already have? Like if this resonates with you!

Have a wonderful day!
