After interviewing 50+ toppers and successful aspirants, I found something interesting:



Their morning routines are surprisingly SIMPLE.



No 5 AM club.

No 2-hour elaborate rituals.

No complex productivity hacks.



Just smart, sustainable habits.



🌅 THE TOPPER'S MORNING ROUTINE:



⏰ 6:00 - 6:30 AM: WAKE UP (Yes, 6 AM, not 4 AM)



Why not 4 AM?

- Not sustainable long-term

- Leads to afternoon crash

- Sleep quality matters more than wake-up time

- 7-8 hours sleep is NON-NEGOTIABLE



If you slept at 11 PM, wake at 6 AM = 7 hours sleep ✅

If you wake at 4 AM, you either:

- Sleep at 8 PM (unrealistic for most)

- Get only 5 hours sleep (harmful for retention)



🚿 6:30 - 7:00 AM: MORNING BASICS



- Fresh up

- Light exercise / Walk / Yoga (15-20 mins)

- Breakfast (Never skip - brain needs fuel)



NO phone checking.

NO social media scrolling.

NO news consumption yet.



📚 7:00 - 9:00 AM: GOLDEN STUDY HOURS



This is when your brain has:

- Maximum willpower

- Peak concentration

- Best retention



What to study in these 2 hours:

✅ DIFFICULT subjects (Economy, Polity concepts)

✅ NEW topics (learning, not revision)

✅ DEEP work (no interruptions)



What NOT to study:

❌ Easy subjects (save for afternoon)

❌ Revision (save for evening)

❌ Current affairs (save for 9:30 AM)
