Hey everyone! This picture displays a special moment I shared with my horse, Jay. It symbolizes a moment of stillness, meditation and reflection if you like. For many years of my adult life, I worked as a psychic/medium and energy healer, however recently started the Embodied I Ching journey to complete my training as a Practitioner in energy healing using the Neigong and Qi Gong systems of learning, connecting the elements and chakras to ensure a complete balance from within and without - body, mind and spirit. As a specialist behaviour support practitioner, my main business model is the use of horses and I similarly use these majestic animals in my spiritual practice as well, as their heart energy radiates 30m outside of themselves and the human heart energy radiates 20m outside of us - now just imagine that powerful connection and the healing that it brings. I will share much information about my spiritual and mental health journey with the people I am blessed to work with and have achieved amazing outcomes with.
