Hey Guys,
This is gunna be off the cuff and not really well edited or censored as I don't feel the greatest atm and I feel like it would come off as disingenuous. I may edit this later though if it doesn't come off how I want it to sound.
I've kinda been racking my brain since last night about how to announce this but I'm gunna be taking an extended hiatus. My mother called me last night and informed me that my Great Grandmother, who was like a second mother to me, passed away yesterday. To be honest I am completely numb atm, I've not really been thinking about it too hard because it honestly still doesn't seem real to me. I had been thinking about taking a shot at the subathon regardless of the circumstance but to be quite frank I don't think I have the energy, brain function, nor the right mindset to press on with content creation at the moment.
From September of last year until now has been a complete nightmare in terms of my personal life and I need to take an ACTUAL break. I've lost my childhood cat, my grandmother, and now my great grandmother as well as having my other grandmother diagnosed with cancer (she is now thankfully cancer free). Not to mention random drama behind the scenes with "friends" that I don't want to give attention to but still weighs very heavily on my mind regardless.
I love teaching you all history and streaming for you all but I want to make content that makes me happy and keeps you all engaged and until I get out of this funk I don't think I can hold myself to that standard.
Thank you all for the love and support over the last year and change despite all the bad I've really still had a blast teaching, meeting, hanging out, and collabing with you all. I hope you all will keep me and my family in your prayers and I hope to see you all soon!
