New video is being uploaded with El Centro during Semana Santa - Easter Week! I took the footage on Wednesday after 1:30pm. It was a beautiful day with a nice wind. I am going to upload the video for Zona Romantica tomorrow. I am so lucky to be able to live in such an amazing place in Mexico. I love sharing what I experience with you through my videos. I am still working on a video that sums up my experiences over the last 8 1/2 months here! Gracias Luik

New video is being uploaded right now on the walk from Play Del Holi (Holi Beach) to the nearby La Isla Shopping Village which is a upscale outdoor mall with many brand stores found in the USA and Canada. For those Apple users there's even a Mac Store which is an authorized store by Apple in Mexico.

New video released tonight during Semana Santa (Holy Easter Week) in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The video was filmed on March 26, 2024. It's getting busy in Puerto Vallarta. I walked from the Cruise Ship Port to Holi Beach. There were two large ships docked today.

Hola amigos! I've posted a walking tour through the popular Fluvial and Versailles colonias of Puerto Vallarta.
Fluvial is a modern planned community with parks and amenities nearby such as COSTCO, Walmart, La Comer, and Macroplaza nearby. It is popular with people with Mexican and foreigners alike for its modern homes, often with swimming pools.

Versailles is a more established community with mixed development including Mexican homes and businesses and new condo developments. It has some of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta that cater to both locals and tourists. You'll even find an area with Greek restaurants as you can see in the photos. This area is considered the next trendy area as it's more cost effective to live here than Zona Romantica.
