We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support throughout 2023. Due to an unprecedented backlog of orders, it has become imperative for us to curtail our Chinese New Year holiday and promptly resume the fulfillment of pending orders.
We wish to convey several key updates and initiatives:
1. In light of enhancements in our production capabilities and the escalating costs associated with the manufacturing process and select raw materials, we are compelled to adjust the retail pricing for certain models of our guitars. These adjustments will be reflective of the prevailing circumstances.
2. We will be upgrading and replacing the accessories that come with our guitars. Some accessories will be discontinued, and we will add specification sheets and maintenance instructions, among other things.
3. While our production process technology and product details have their own unique characteristics, learned through inspiration, there has been significant controversy over the similarities in appearance with those products. We have decided to gradually remove these controversial products from our official website. We will redesign their appearances or adjust the designs before updating and relisting them on our website. You could contact us if you have specific questions.
4. There have been threads about Hsienmo Guitars from our real customers on AGF (Acoustic Guitar Forum). Unfortunately, our account and related content have been banned by the AGF owner for "threatening the small builders who help keep us alive and the larger builders that support our industry." It's regrettable that we've lost a fair platform to share our guitars, despite having paid for sponsorship. Notably, we never engaged in forum discussions and were not recognized as sponsors in their list. However, We want to express our gratitude to those who have contributed.
