We’ve just rescued another dog! His name is Scout, and he’s honestly the most shut down dog we’ve ever had, it breaks my heart seeing a dog like this

Just thought I’d share this with you guys…

Our long, long term goal is to start a rescue that specializes in scared and shut down dogs.

Someone once commented on our video saying you can’t save every dog, and as sad as that is, it’s very true.

We’d love to start a rescue that focuses on rehabilitation, after speaking to several rescues though, I know this doesn’t come cheap…

You’re looking at around £1m to buy the land to hold the dogs, and operating costs of around £20k/month if we housed say 30 dogs and helped rehabilitate them.

So we’re likely years and years away from actually being able to do this, but just wanted to share our long term goals with you guys.

You never know what the future holds! But I LOVE the idea of helping dogs regain their confidence and eventually going to their forever homes 💙

I guess we kind of do this now at a smaller scale, so I just love the idea of being able to help at a larger scale

FUNDRAISER UPDATE!

Joky & Louie are living their best life in their forever homes 🤞
Bruno ended up going to a foster, and being in a calm home is really helping him and he’s getting on really well now…

The van you guys helped buy Happy Shelter now has both our logos on it! And the money is continuing to fund food, vet care etc for all the dogs at Happy Shelter.

They’ve also got security cameras installed, and lots of major upgrades to the shelter too 😄

We’re continuing to support Happy Shelter with the funds all you guys raised! They’re planning on doing even more renovations and upgrades to the shelter, as well as continuing to support all their dogs and all future dogs they rescue.

They’re not trying to spend the money as fast as they can, the money will continue to support them for a long time which is amazing, you guys have really changed so many dogs lives forever 💙

We actually batch recorded a bunch of videos before the year ended and we haven’t had a rescue dog for 5 weeks!!

We’ve all had a really nice break, including Kobe & Moki, but we really have missed rescuing 😅
