Channel concept:
Everyday there will be a live or a premiere of my workout. Try to keep the pace up if you want or maybe hardwork even more. I think it is important to find your own rhythm. So I would say: exercise when you are the most focused/most creative. But if you want to adapt my rhythm you can join the live, so you can chat with me or other people during the breaks. And the most important: Don't forget to rest and track your health. I only wish you the best and that you become the version you ever wanted to be..
