We hope that you enjoy the stories that Coach HardgainZ has to share from his years of parenting and being the single father of six, four sons and two young daughters.

We are sorry friends but Coach HardgainZ has been very busy with back to back unfortunate and emergency situations! He should be able to return the be on a livestream on Monday!
