What is new is the recent boom in fasting in Western health and wellness culture, where it’s often promoted as a fix for everything from weight and energy to sleep and focus. In this new discussion series, we’re on a mission to untangle confusing everyday topics by speaking directly with experts and asking the questions people actually have.
