I’ve been working on something quietly, and before I release it, I want to hear from parents and caregivers here.
We’re raising children in a world that looks very different from the one we grew up in.
Bullying. Racism. Online pressure. Fear. Emotional overload.
And the question I keep hearing—sometimes out loud, sometimes unspoken—is this:
How do we prepare our children for this world without scaring them or breaking their spirit?
Not pretending the hard things don’t exist.
Not passing down fear.
But teaching emotional strength, confidence, and self-worth.
I created a guide under Real Talk Real Life that focuses on:
• Honest, age-appropriate conversations
• Helping children handle bullying and unfair treatment
• Building emotional safety at home
