My name is Craig but my friends call me Mr. Lamar; come with me as I travel around the world collecting memories, new friends and partnerships from all corners of the globe. Originally from a land locked state, Indiana, and raised by the single mother with 2 younger sibilings, I would dream of places I had only seen in magazines. Yes, Im "magazine"old! hahahahaha
Since then I have traveled to 48 states in America, sailed the south carribean via royal carribean, Jamacia, Hawaii, Niegeria, Ghana, East Africa and Mexico. Needless to say I have been around.
Fitness is another aspect of my jounery. As I get older the louder my knees pop! I am a foodie at heart so I must workout as much as possible so I am able to showcase all the beauty the wolrd has to offer. We will explore the ups and downs of keeping a good calorie intake while traveling.

When I was a child I truly believed that having an abundance of you would lead me to the root of all evil. Sounded scary!
I would watch with envy as people with pockets full of your children buying their hearts desires. I remember thinking to myself “ Poor rich people, if they only knew the sweet struggles of being broke!”
Monday morning quarter-backing is a bitch! I apologize Money for blaming you & rich people for my lack of abundance. Its my fault because I didn’t believe I deserved your company.

#lvac Gym ready! When I am stressed, I go to the gym. When I am bored, I go to the gym. If I just need to get away and think… you guested it! I go to the gym! Some go to church but my church/office/think tank is the gym! Compound interest is a real thing and consistency is the key 🔑 to success!
Since 2008 when a doctor told me I was pre-diabetic and I had two options; quit eating pizza, and burgers and fries etc. or take pills 😞🫣 from that day forth I started eating clean, working out like a mad man(4 days a week) plus cardio. 90 days later, all clear! A1c was like nothing happened at all!
Life is for the living! One time transaction! Whats wealth without great health?!?
