A lot of you have been asking about the “ASMR videos”. Didn’t know how I wanted to approach talking about it but I’ve been asked a lot recently and here’s the answer.

I’m 38 years old, and have worked since 2006 in a desk chair for over 40 hours a week at my ad agency, and it finally caught up with me after also doing 631 days of daily videos on here.

My body went haywire with pain starting about three months ago. Not even joking, I can’t even put on socks anymore without being in 8/10 pain. It’s so annoying lol.

I’m waiting on MRI results to determine the big picture of treatment, but Scoliosis was confirmed immediately by a spine specialist, and explained why I’ve been in progressively worse pain over the past couple years in my trapezius, and now sciatic nerves.

Don’t feel bad for me, this isn’t a pity party, I’m so lucky.

I’m not sad about this and I’m happy I have answers because now I can actually work on the problem now. Appreciate you all more than I can say. Approaching 300k subscribers this weekend and I’m truly just speechless.
