What are everyone's thoughts on whether AI will take your job as programmers and engineers? As I edit my video, I have been pondering this and making notes. Personally, I feel that microcontroller coders are still needed because of manufacture liability and mission critical systems. For instance, would you want total AI code to develop an automotive system that can cause a safety issue? For liability, say, a microcontroller inside of a dishwasher was developed chiefly by AI, if code got in there that didn't account for some condition in the washing process, that would be pretty bad.

My current thought is that the code developed by AI still require coders that know the system and can, at least, read the code and verify. I like the idea of AI helping through the problems and potentially solving for some conditions that we didn't' think about, but coders are still necessary.

Hey all,

I am working on a very long comprehensive video that combines all of the ARM (STM32) videos (old, new and from the livestreams). I am hoping to fit it all in one video, but we will see. The video will contain only the meat of the original videos with a lot of cuts for brevity. Repetitive parts will be put in a section of the video that can be referenced by the chapters in the description.

This will probably be the most comprehensive tutorial on ARM microcontroller on the internet. The "ARM Microcontroller Programming and Circuit Building: Vol1" will be an indispensable companion to the video (or videos). This video will be great for those starting out with microcontrollers, those looking to brush-up and getting back in, and those just looking for reference to complete their projects.

For those awaiting my videos in various languages, I am currently trying to get guidance from YouTube on why some of the videos are not being automatically dubbed. I uploaded 14 videos, 12 of which successfully dubbed to many languages. One viewer alerted me to the two that was not dubbed. So far, all of my efforts to get YouTube guidance has not been fruitful. I was on a chat with a representative that said was a real human, but clearly was a very simple AI chatbot. After a very lengthy chat, I asked to be transferred to a real human, or a supervisor, which was an effort all on its own. The "real" human provided a link to send this problem as a "feedback". That is complete, but I can't be sure if this will be solved in a timely manner respectful of the viewers that are hoping for these video. For that, I am so sorry. I will provide more information when it comes to me.

On a side note, Claude.ai was easily able to analyze the entire chat and conclude that I was talking to a chatbot. It is a good time to be alive, but when a company gives you a resource like automatic dubbing, this should be possible for all videos as long as the transcripts are able to be created, and my videos should have no issues with this as the audio is clear and vocals are easily understandable.

I am enjoying the livestreams that I have been hosting for the last month and a half, and I want to thank everyone that has come by and participated. I would like to know what times you are available for my daily livestreams. Please comment below what your favorite times, when you sit down, grab your coffee or favorite beverage and start watching YouTube. I would like to make myself available at those times!! Include your time zone, please.

Now that you have seen and participated, please also give me your feedback on the content. I would like to know if the content is interesting to you and if there is something I could do better, please let me know.

Hey everyone. I've decided to spend time with family this Thanksgiving, so there will be no live stream today. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving (or day if you live outside the US and Canada) and you all stay safe!

I am live streaming every day at 1:00 Eastern time (EDT or EST depending on the time of year) unless there is a hurricane, or holiday. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I will focus on CNC and CNC electronics. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I will focus on microcontroller programming and circuits. I hope to see you there.

Hey all, I will livestream on Wednesday at 2:00 pm Eastern. The subject: Chat Guided ADC on the STM32. Come and watch, or participate to see if you (chat) can successfully make a working project on the STM32. This will be used in a video that compares the live stream to me doing the same project. The recording of my version will have already been uploaded to the member section by the time Wednesday rolls around, so you will know I didn't use your awesome methods to complete the project! The video of my version and live stream (supercut) will be uploaded to the public.

I am toying with the idea of doing live streams maybe once or twice per week and just hanging out with y'all. What do you think and what should I do in these live streams? I was thinking of doing microcontroller projects, 3D printing, shop changes, etc. I have wanted to jump back into my digital servos and get those to work. The ambiance would be more of a community gathering with everyone pitching in their opinions and seeing what happens. I don't have a Twitch setup, and maybe that could be a good icebreaker trying to get that to work. I am also very rusty with YouTube Live, so that will make for some interesting content with me trying to get that stuff going.

Looking for some feedback and what you all think.
