Some of your headaches aren’t from screens.
They’re from screams that never made it out.
From tears, you swallowed.
From anger you spiritualized.
From pressure you normalized.

You’ve been carrying thoughts you never laid at Jesus’ feet.
You’ve been managing pain instead of letting God minister to it.

And baby, your head is tired.

God is not just trying to take away the pain.
He wants to touch the place it was born.

“Lord, I give You access to my thoughts. Heal what I’ve been surviving. Minister to the core of my soul, grant me deliverance and peace of mind as I ask for forgiveness for carrying things in my heart that I shouldn’t carry. Holding on to bitterness and resentment as if my life depended on it. I am deeply wounded and have been carrying this gutter rot decay in my soul for to long. Lord release me, untie me, loose me from the bondages in my heart , mind, will and my emotions I surrender to you in Jesus Name. Amen.” 🙏🏽
