I’m Angela, a Welsh-Canadian baker, sugar artist, and creator behind Bake Angel. With multiple food allergies myself, I love experimenting in the kitchen to recreate classic treats that are safe, simple, and absolutely delicious.
I started teaching decorating classes in 2010 and pivoted to online tutorials in 2020 so I could share my passion for allergy-friendly baking with even more people around the world.
