⚓ THIS MONTH AT AEI HOMESCHOOL: A LEARNING EXPERIENCE BEYOND THE CLASSROOM ⚓🎭
Our K–12 homeschoolers are stepping into living Florida history with a special field trip to the Gasparilla Children’s Parade—where storytelling, tradition, and community come alive.
This isn’t just a parade. It’s experiential learning in action—connecting history, culture, literature, and civic engagement in a way children truly remember. Moments like these are what make homeschool education at AEI meaningful, exciting, and real.
Hello parents! 🎄✨ As you know, one of our special gifts to students this year is an Annual Pass to Busch Gardens — and we’re excited to announce that our first field trip using this pass will be on December 29th! 🎢🎉 Please stay tuned for upcoming details regarding meeting times for drop-off and pick-up. For the day, students should: Bring lunch money Wear comfortable shoes Dress in layers for changing weather Kindly keep an eye on the weather forecast as well. If rain is predicted for Monday, December 29th, the field trip will be moved to Tuesday, December 30th. We are so grateful for our amazing families and students. Scientists have recently discovered 3I/ATLAS, a comet that came from outside our solar system—from another star system far beyond our own! 🌟 It has been traveling through space for millions of years and is now making a brief visit as it passes by the Sun.
👀 Can we see it right now? At the moment, 3I/ATLAS is visible to scientists using powerful telescopes, but it is not bright enough to see with the naked eye or backyard binoculars. Astronomers around the world are tracking it and sharing images as it continues its journey through our solar system.
🌌 Even though we can’t see it with our eyes, knowing it’s out there reminds us how big, exciting, and mysterious the universe really is!
🚀 Coming Soon… In March, students will explore discoveries like this and much more during our upcoming Cosmos Theme, where we’ll learn about stars, planets, comets, and the wonders of the universe that spark curiosity and awe.
The mystery was solved… and the surprise was BIG! ✨🎄
At our AEI Family Night, the long-awaited Top Secret Field Trip was finally revealed — and our young detectives cracked the case in the most fun way possible! 🕵️♀️🕵️♂️
Children moved through different mystery stations, solving challenges one by one. With every challenge they completed, they earned a letter… And when all the clues came together, the answer was clear:
🎢 BUSCH GARDENS!
To unlock the final surprise, students used phonetic aviation codes to spell out Busch Gardens — and were rewarded with an incredible gift:
🎁 A BUSCH GARDENS Fun Pass — FREE for the entire year!
📅 The official field trip takes place on December 29th, and the excitement is already sky-high!
Learning, teamwork, mystery-solving, and unforgettable memories — this is what Family Night at AEI is all about. ❤️✨
