The Island Conservation Society (ICS) was registered as an NGO in Seychelles in April 2001. We are dedicated to the conservation and restoration of island ecosystems, the sustainable development of islands, and raising awareness on critical environmental issues.

We proudly manage Aride Island Special Reserve, one of the finest nature reserves in the Western Indian Ocean, renowned for its rich biodiversity and endemic species.

ICS also partners with the Islands Development Company (IDC) to provide expert advice and management support on conservation-related issues across the outer islands under IDC lease.
