This song came to me when I fell from some sort of grace as they say. I had gone from being a guy no one cared about to a guy everyone loved to a guy that half my home town turned on and became a guy people hated and talked tall tales for many years after I had decided to walk away from the music scene when I was at my peak on top of the mountain. After 19 years. I needed a break my 3rd family was falling apart and I wanted to do something I couldn't do the first 2 times. My dreams are something I knew I'd never give up on. And if it was meant to be. Then when I came back around that big success story would happen or it wouldn't. I've always thought it was cool to be someone people knew in the underground. Lucky or blessed I am. I'm just that world wide and I'm still playing music and doing my own thing. I've never sold out when I was given the opportunity on 5 different occasions. The moment was just never right I guess you could say. So this song found me when I hit my bottom. But it's also dedicated to those who've ever been homeless, addicted, abandoned, lost, forgotten, and have lived most of their life poor. It's also for our American soldiers who I know have found most those titles above after they returned home after surviving war. For we are the disposable humans.
