'D' stands for Darsh, my teenage son, who is Celiac since Feb 2015.
With the introduction of gluten free food in our lives, baking interesting and tasty gluten free food became my passion. For all these years, I kept experimenting with recipes to ensure gluten free food tasted good, so my son doesn't miss gluten food...
Now, after having practiced and mastered a few recipes, I started this channel in March 2020, to be able to help people, especially mothers, bake tasty gluten free food, which can be eaten by the whole family, unlike most of the gluten free food available in market, which are usually tasteless.
