Hello and welcome! I’m Emma—a mum of many sharing my journey through life with ADHD, ?ASD, C-PTSD and ?Chronic Fatigue. Managing a busy household can be overwhelming, and I started this channel to offer insight, encouragement, and connection for others navigating similar paths.
While my children and partner are a huge part of my life, I’ve chosen not to feature them in my content to protect their privacy. This channel focuses on my personal experiences, routines, and growth as a neurodivergent parent of neurodivergent children.
This is a safe space for those who identify as Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or single parents. Kindness and respect are expected—any inappropriate comments will be removed and repeat offenders blocked.

Everyday With Emma Jean
Hi Besties! The kids go back to school the week after next (January 27th), so your girl is officially entering Content Goblin Planning Mode.
Since the first week back is a tiny lil’ short week — thank you, public holiday — I’m kicking things off with a Post–School Holiday Deep‑Clean & Declutter Extravaganza. I’ll be tackling 2–3 rooms a day for four days, and yes… the spin wheel will be choosing my fate. Pray for me. Or laugh at me. Both are acceptable.
Once the house is no longer giving “summer chaos gremlin,” I’ll be sliding into a cute little posting routine:
- Monday: Post‑Weekend Reset (aka “let’s pretend we have our lives together”)
- Wednesday: How I… series (me oversharing systems that keep me sane)
- Friday: Pre‑Weekend Reset (because future‑me deserves nice things)
And just so we’re all on the same page: during school holidays I won’t be posting as much. I’ll still pop in on Mondays and Fridays thanks to vacation care giving me a tiny window of sanity, but the rest of the time I’ll be off making memories with my little humans.
