I worked back in Doha , Qatar year 2011-2013 and also in Hong kong for about 4 yrs and 5 mos. Decided to moved Canada 🇨🇦 arrived here February 2024. A dream come true for me. To someone who asked for a Sample AUTHORIZATION letter.
An authorization letter is a formal written document that grants permission to a designated person to act on behalf of the letter's issuer for a specific task.
This letter together with the other requirements was sent to Philippines National Police Office Main In Davao City. It was 2.5 hrs travel from my hometown. The local officer near our home said that the type of Certificates I am requesting must come from Main which is located in Davao City.
In this letter , I just wrote a simple formal & concise, stating my intention or purpose that I need something from their office.
That must include your address and the date on the top right. Begin with a clear "Subject" line and a formal salutation like "Dear Sir/Madam,".
The body should be concise, with a focused opening paragraph stating your purpose, middle paragraphs for details, and a final paragraph for requested actions or a summary.
Conclude with a formal closing, such as "Yours sincerely" , Respectfully, or "Yours faithfully," followed by your typed name and a handwritten signature.

Now , I’m extra grateful—back when I was in Hong Kong🇭🇰 I learned a lot esp. about baking for baby foodies ; all the trial and errors , copying recipes, testing ingredients complete & or removed some ingredients that the baby’s mom not approved of to add to the mixture.
The Mom will always asked me -Do u know how to baked this recipe’s? I always respond to I haven’t tried but I could try to look up to YouTube and start from there 😂 😂
