Why did I build this? To reduce the steps it takes to access music for focus.
Many of the listeners stated there was a ton of friction between them and the music.

- Try not to get distracted by other videos.
- Figure out which episode to listen to and hit play

Day 1 - finished work in 3 hours

#4x4WeekInFlow UPDATE
This challenge has made me literally *indistractable*
- Even a YouTube feed can't distract me.
- The #4x4WeekInFlow challenge is constantly top-of-mind so when I come across any social feed I ignore it with ZERO effort.
and my *prioritization has improved significantly*:
- The thought, "I need to finish the most important work in four hours" is pushing me to be a prioritization machine.
It feels amazing at the end of the day knowing that the most important work got done... and then some.

If you don't know already, this week I started *The 4x4 Week in Flow Challenge* #4x4weekinflow
*WHY*: To amp up creativity and focus and do it in public for increased accountability.
*RISK*: I will have to work on Friday & the weekend, while failing in public, in front of you.
*The #4x4weekinflow, RULES:*
- Accomplish a days worth of work in 4 hours
- Accomplish a weeks worth of work in 4 days
- Each 4 hour session consists of only music and nature/meditation breaks (10 min snack breaks allowed)
The last time I did a 4 hour flow *day* I produced some of my most creative and impactful work.
- When we spread our work over the course of many days we lose focus, flow and creativity to context switching.
If I do succeed, I get a long weekend that I can use towards: *Resting and experimenting*
- A 3 day weekend gives me the rest I need before next week of flow.
- It also gives me time to experiment with new ideas.
- This time of reflection is how I get out of execution mode and carefully choose what I work on next.
TIPS for #4x4weekinflow *if you want to join*:
- Block off 5 hrs in your calendar (4 hrs + time for breaks) and write down what you will accomplish in that block *the night before*
- Close your eyes/meditate during the 5 - 10 min breaks. This will make or break your 4 hrs of flow
*I've never done a public challenge* like this, so I was nervous at first..but now I'm so excited, because I'm already a huge improvement in focus, flow and prioritization of my work.
