If you are driving and see something you think would make a great photograph then don't pass it by. STOP! and take the photograph as it might not be there next time. I have posted two photographs here as an example. Erect Barn was taken January 2024. Fallen Barn was taken January 2026.

These old barns are a passion of mine. I drive around seeking them out. I understand why they fall into disrepair. Who wants to take care of an old barn on your property when they have no use for it. Don't need a big Hay Loft. Don't need the stalls for animals because they don't have any. I really do get it. Now you get it and STOP and take the Photograph.

I wanted to make an announcement here and let you know of a changs I am making when presenting my Live Streams on the Channel.

I will be making the Live Streams Visibility UNLISTED after the stream is over with. What this means you will need the link to the Live Stream to be able to view it where as PUBLIC (default) you would see it show up on the Feed of the Channel.

The Reason I am doing this is the performance of Live Streams is poor for Views, Subscribers and Revenue. The Live Streams are not watched too much afterwards and I don't blame people. I would not want to sit thru a Live Stream that was one hour or more.

I create these Live Streams as an opportunity for us to get together and chat for an hour or so about happenings on the channel.

But have no fear I have a solution for you if you want to go watch the previous Live Streams on the channel. I have created a Public Playlist and placed those Live Streams in there. You can click on the Playlist and see all the previous Live Streams. That is if you want to. Thanks. Ron

Good morning peeps. I made a video and I was going to post it on the channel yesterday (Sunday).

I made a mistake. I will admit it here to you because we are all friends of Ron. I tried to cheat and use AI to generate my video. It had some good ideas but my choice of delivery was wrong. I found myself reading from the script that the AI had developed. I posted the video. Within a short amount of time someone named (Don) left me a comment. The comment struck home as he said I sounded mechanical. I took that as I sounded Fake. I do not want to sound that way. I went and started watching the video myself. He was right. I couldn't even fool myself. I took the video down and replaced it with the video about Social Circle and Friends since it was already setup on the channel for the next video in the rotation.

I have seen several channels and especially ones about retirement where it is obvious that the person is reading from a script. I have made myself a promise now and I am making you that promise that I will not do that again. I want to be transparent and honest with my community and in the future I want you to know that is who I am. The Real Ron.

I am considering doing a Zoom Meeting with subscribers of this channel. It would be a Zoom Meeting and I will Live Stream it here on the my Channel. In addition you will have the option to host this Zoom Meeting on your channel thru YouTube Collaborations.


I want to connect with subscribers and talk about Retirement Subjects. If you are interested in being part of this then send me an email and include your YT Channel Name in the Email. The Zoom Meeting will be by invitation only thru the email you send to me. The Zoom Meeting will be Live Streamed on my Channel.
