What do you think about Redfins graph interpretation from a "leading" real estate industry "expert"?

1) Real Estate is a Hard Asset, it will go up in direct proportion to inflation. (More inflation, higher real estate prices).
The Fed’s MINIMUM target is 2-3% annual appreciation.
Congress is unable to balance a budget, so they will continue to print money and create inflation well beyond this target.

2) We already had a correction in Q3/Q4 2023

3) When prices were correcting the Fed policy kept mortgage rates high while the news was telling consumers the market was crashing. During this period, Wall Street investors bought as much as 44% of the residential homes for sale. Now that they have bought the dip, they will let consumers (you) play again to continue driving prices up.

4) If you don’t start building equity, you WILL be priced out of the game.

If you’re a CONSUMER:

Home values will grow at rates that exceed your ability to save/get a raise. A starter home lets you get in the game and build equity which can later be leveraged to buy a better home.

If you’re a REAL ESTATE AGENT:

Your job is to help consumers understand this dynamic and guide them in the process of building wealth through real estate. Focus on helping the consumer and you’ll never lose!
