Hey Beautiful Soul Family!!! I know it has been more than 2 weeks since I've done an update to let you all know what is going on with me, so I wanted to take a moment to fill you in the best that I can. This may be TMI for some, but each of you mean so much to me that it is important for me to be honest with you.

Back at the end of December I started to feel a bit sick and run down. I thought it was just the time of the year. As time went on, I started to get major menopausal symptoms arising with much fury. Painful joints, swelling in places I have never had, unable to sit or stand for long without having muscle spasms, insomnia, frozen shoulder, the list goes on and on. It has taken me to a place where quickly I have felt like I do not know my body and emotionally it has been difficult.

I am doing all that I can, especially holistically as where I am there is not much support via the normal healthcare route. I am trying to be patient as I go through this transition in life, I am otherwise healthy but whoa this has been one tough hill to climb that came in fast and furious!

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, your support and your love. I know that I am not the only one that has/is going through this very transformative time so if any of you Sisters have any advise or wisdom I would be forever grateful.


I miss you all and plan to do readings as my body, mind and soul allow. Hopefully that will be very very soon.
