I’m taking Saturday (14 th) off to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Gary. I will be back on Tuesday for Scroll Tuesday.

For some reason I have not seen any comments made on this week’s Scroll Tuesday video. If there were comments made- they are not showing up where I can see them. I have contacted YouTube but so far, no answer back. So if you did leave a comment- I’m sorry I haven’t responded - but as yet I haven’t seen your comments!

Apparently I have no clue as to the month we are in. On today’s video I put January 5. When in fact that video was recorded on Feb, 5. Sorry for the muddle. It was a lovely day and I had way too much fresh air- perhaps I should have taken a nap before editing my video!

Starting to sew my blocks together for the Sampler Stitch Afghan( knit version) by Annie’s Attic. As they come off the blocker they will be stitched together. This is going to be a beautiful piece when it’s all done!

I apologize for the incorrect spelling of the word Altar on my last video. I edit on my phone and AI changed my spelling 3 times. I thought my correction had stayed but this morning I see it had not. So I have spent another 10 minutes trying to correct it. I hear so much about AI being such a great thing- but personally I find it extremely irritating and ignorant. I have changed it again- only place I cannot change it is on the video itself! For those out there who monitor my grammar and everything English, you can rest assured I am doing my best!

After another weekend of blizzards and closed highways, we finally have a very cold but clear day. I’m thankful because today is my biopsy and we have to travel 40 minutes on the highway to get there. I’m not looking forward to this day- but time to move forward towards a better outlook than the one I have been living with these past weeks. See you tomorrow on Scroll Tuesday!

Well the weather sure didn’t co- operate for highway travel today. We were up early , out the door on time, reached the outskirts of town and all we saw was white. White sky, white ground, white trees and white fog. We decided not to chance driving in whiteout conditions.
My biopsy is now rebooked for the 19th of January. Sometimes we have to make hard choices- today was one of those days, but I firmly believe we made the right one.
We might be in the same situation tomorrow with Gary’s appointment. Fingers crossed things will improve overnight - but I don’t think they will.
