I made a spelling mistake in my recent Formula 1 domino video. I'm going to delete it, and re-upload with the correct spelling. St. Pierre and Miquelon is an overseas collectivity of France south Newfoundland, Canada. One fact I find interesting about this place is that its time zone is 30 minutes ahead of the island north of it. They have a beautiful (unofficial) flag.

My journey through flags of the world has made it all the way to Timbuktu!
Did you know Timbuktu is an actual town in Mali. It was an important trade settlement in Medieval times. It was a major learning and cultural centre of the Mali empire. The region was made famous by Leo Africanus, who in the 16th century described the region’s wealth in his book “A Description of Africa”. Africanus’s book was notable for its accuracy when little about Africa was known to Europeans.
