The Shelby Township Community Relations Department operates three local channels on the Comcast Cable System, two channels on the Wide Open West system, and two channels on AT&T. Shelby TV programming may be seen throughout Shelby Township and the City of Utica. Shelby TV reaches more than 22,000 households. We are funded though Cable TV Franchise Fees paid to the Township by Cable TV subscribers. The franchise fee is 5% of each subscriber's bill.

Subscribe to Shelby TV Kids for a collection of content produced by Shelby TV and the Shelby Township Community Relations Department to expand the reach of the community’s programs and content for children.
It features content from Shelby TV’s children’s show, “The Treehouse", programming from the Shelby Township Library, the Burgess-Shadbush Nature Center, the Shelby Township Parks, Recreation, and Maintenance Department, and visits with our animal friends at the Macomb Humane Society. Shelby TV Kids will also feature special safety messages from firefighters with the Shelby Township Fire Department and officers with the Shelby Township Police Department.
