Telangana Sarkar ka Naya Pension Scheme aur Gig Workers ke Liye Kanoon (Zomato, Uber Drivers ke Liye Badi Khushkhabri)
Telangana sarkar ne ek badi aur aham announcement ki hai jisme do bade faisle shamil hain. Pehla – lakhon government employees ke liye naya pension scheme. Doosra – pehli baar India mein gig workers (jaise Zomato, Swiggy delivery boys aur Uber–Ola drivers) ke liye ek hifazati kanoon.
HYDERABAD: Telangana sarkar ne apne munazzam (organized) aur ghair-munazzam (unorganized) workers ke mustaqbil ko mehfooz banane ke liye ek naya double plan launch kiya hai. Isme ek taraf government employees ke liye behtareen aur strong pension scheme hai, aur doosri taraf India ka pehla "Gig & Platform Workers Act" jo gig workers ki welfare aur security ko ensure karta hai.
Ye dono announcements 13–14 November 2025 ko kiye gaye. Is ka maqsad government employees ke pension issues ko solve karna aur tezi se badhti gig economy ke workers ko social security dena hai.
Part 1: Government Employees ke Liye Naya Pension Security Plan
Sarkar PFRDA (Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority) ke saath milkar retirement benefits ko standardize kar rahi hai.

Kis ko faida milega?
– 15 lakh government employees, teachers aur pensioners Telangana mein.
Qayda kyun badla ja raha hai?
– Sarkar ke paas ₹8,200 crore ka unpaid retirement benefits ka backlog hai, aur har saal hazaaron employees retire ho rahe hain.
Maqsad:
– Ek sustainable pension system banana jo employees ko retirement ke baad security de aur sarkar par extra financial burden na daale.
Part 2: Zomato, Uber Drivers ke Liye Historic Protection (Gig Workers Law)
Ye announcement sabse zyada historic hai kyun ke Telangana pehla state ban gaya hai jo gig workers ko poori tarah protect karega.
Naye Gig Worker Law mein kya milega?
"Telangana Gig and Platform Workers Act, 2025" gig workers ko unke haqooq aur security deta hai.
1. Dispute Resolution:
– Workers aur companies ke beech masail solve karne ke liye special committees banengi.
2. Welfare Fund:
– Har Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Ola transaction par 1–2% fee lekar ek special fund banega jo workers ke social security schemes mein istemal hoga.
3. Protection from Sudden Job Loss:
– Kisi bhi worker ka account bina wajah bandh nahi kiya ja sakta. Platform ko 7 din pehle notice dena zaroori hoga.
4. Algorithm Transparency:
– Companies ko batana hoga ke unke apps kaam kaise assign karte hain, payment kaise calculate hota hai, aur rating kaise decide hoti hai. Ye Uber aur Ola drivers ki purani shikayat ko address karega.
