I had the rare opportunity to step inside one of the most talked-about luxury homes in Banana Island, the ₦4.5 billion 4-bedroom maisonette at Lucrezia by Sujimoto, and honestly, it felt like walking through a carefully curated piece of art.
Every corner of the space was intentional. From the moment you enter, the energy shifts. The home is fully furnished with iconic brands; Hermes accents, Bentley pieces, Fendi touches, not in an overwhelming way, but in a way that quietly reminds you that this is a different level of living.

Hands down the most luxurious short let apartments I toured in Abuja this year and that’s not me exaggerating.
