Since the start of Russia-Ukraine War in Feb 2022, President Putin has been quite liberal in issuing nuclear threat to the USA and Nato. On 29 Feb, while delivering the Annual State of the Nation Address in Kremlin, Putin once again warned the USA and Nato of dire nuclear consequences if the enemy nations send their troops to Ukraine to fight Russia. Is it a merely a threat or a nuclear blackmail? We have observed in the past that the West is wary of Russia-Ukraine War spinning out of control and turning nuclear.
