I just uploaded my first bike ride after quitting my 9-5 selling forklifts (it still feels surreal to say that out loud).
This trip to Seattle and riding the Burke-Gilman Trail felt like the real start of a completely new chapter. I'm not really sure what my plan is, other than to keep going with YouTube & Yoga. I'm still figuring out a lot of things, but this video is the start of something big, I can feeeel it.

🚴🏼♀️ New Vlog is LIVE! 🍁
I just uploaded my 21.5-mile fall bike ride through Ohiopyle, PA on my Trek FX3. This one hit a little different & it felt good.
As the leaves change and the air gets cooler, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to embrace the season you’re in, bloom where you’re planted, and know when to push or pull in life. This ride gave me a chance to talk through all of that.
I also stopped by the Fallingwater House to tour this incredible work of art.
